Makes a team jump to an object.

- Parameters:
- nTeamID
- This is the team ID number
- sTagDestination
- The tag of the object the team is going to jump to.
- bJumpImmediately
- Set to TRUE if you want this added to the front of the command queue
- bStaticCommand
- the command will not be cleared by a standard WR_ClearAllCommands
- bNewHome
