How to create the morph file?

I have read the part where one can open the toolset, and make adjustments to be able to save a morph for the characters . But, it is so simply explained that the directions don't give the result. If the author could elaborate what to do "exactly", that would be great. Once the NPC name is expanded, there are many changes to make and none offer the ability to save a file as such.
