EffectDamage Constructor.
- Parameters:
- fValue
- Amount of damage to be applied
- nDamageType
- Damage Type to be applied (Physical, Fire): Default of 1 is physical
- nFlags
- Special behavior bitfield: Default is no flags (0)
- nImpactVFX
- Impact VFX to play. Default of 0 is no impact VFX
- Returns:
- an effect to deliver the damage indicated.
