Signals a delayed event to the specified object.
- Parameters:
- fSeconds
- The number of seconds for which to delay the event
- oObject
- The object to signal the event to
- evEvent
- The event to signal
- scriptname
- If specified overides the default script
- Returns:
- Nothing.
