Talk:Overview of the toolset

can someone help me please? i just started to use the DAToolset and the first thing that pops up when I open it is an error message that says, "Unable to connect to the database. Run the toolset configuration program and verify your settings or search the toolset wiki http://social.bioware.com/wiki/datoolset. This toolset must now exit."

I dont know what it means by "toolset configuration program," nor do i now where to find it... i need help!!!!
