This page has no descriptions at all, just a prototype.

- You'll find a lot of pages like that unfortunately. The script pages were auto-created from doxygen comments in BioWare sources, and a lot of those sources didn't have comments so only the prototype could be gleaned from it. I expect most of the contents of Category:Generated with errors are like that.
