This symptom could result from a variety of underlying causes

This behavior doesn't represent a specific bug, in much the same way that "unable to connect to database" doesn't represent one specific installation problem. What happens in the builder-to-builder process is that the toolset first creates a new black resource, then changes it to match the data in the DADBDATA file, then saves the resource. If it succeeds at creating the resource but fails at saving it, you wind up with a "default" resource of that type (naked bald man, conversation with no lines, plot with no flags, etc.). You should be getting some sort of error message during the DADBDATA load process that may indicate what the root of the problem is. BryanDerksen 16:46, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
