Indicate to the engine that the TARGET creature has taken damage from the SOURCE creature. This is so the GUI can display indicators when PC's take damage from off screen enemies.

- The creature that inflicted the damage
- oTarget
- The creature that was damaged
- Returns:
- Nothing.
