Sets the value of a plot flag

- Parameters:
- oParty
- party object
- strPlot
- plot name to query
- nFlag
- plot flag number to modify (0-127)
- nValue
- TRUE, to set the plot flag, or FALSE
- nCallScript
- Whether or not to call the plot script
- Returns:
- Nothing.

Description
Sets the state of a plot flag in a party's plot table.
Remarks
OBJECT_INVALID is valid for the oParty parameter (see GetParty).
The plot's GUID and ResRef are both valid for the strPlot parameter.
This function cannot be used to set a DEFINED flag's value.
