Bug: Unnable to connect to database

Description

While trying to open the toolset, you get the message "Unable to connect to database". While trying to fix it following some tutorials here, it seems that one of the folders where should have been files for the toolset simply doesn't exist. It happens on the STEAM version on Dragon Age. -->

Workarounds

I Have no idea. Please fix it!
