Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new exterior level.
- Click the 'Create an Exportable Area' button.
- Click the 'Delete the Exportable Area' button.
- Note that the Area Properties dialog remains open, because the default value for Layout Name contains invalid characters.
- Closing the Area Properties dialog causes the toolset to crash.
Workarounds
Make sure to set a valid Layout Name before deleting the area.
