Specifies whether to set the two groups as hostile or not

Description

This function sets the group hostility between the two specified groups. Creatures default to their group’s hostility, but this can be overridden with SetReactionOverride(). If two creatures are not hostile to each other they cannot engage in hostile actions with each other in any way, shape or form.
